The provisions of this Section 6-1-3 shall constitute local amendments to the cross-referenced provisions of the 2013
Edition of the California Electrical Code and shall be deemed to replace the cross-referenced
section in said Code with the respective provisions set forth in this Section 6-1-3.
(a) Section 89.108.4.2 is amended by adding, at the end of the text of that section, a
new paragraph to read as follows:
"Permit fees for each permit shall be as set forth in the "The City of Woodland Comprehensive
Fee Schedule," except for permits issued covering work performed on buildings or structures
owned, leased, or operated by any City, County, State, Federal government agency,
or any public agency or district."
