§ 5B.4. Issuance or denial of remote caller authorization

(a) The community development director shall approve or disapprove such requests within thirty days of receiving all requested information from the organization. When approving a request to conduct remote caller bingo games, the director shall attach the remote caller authorization to, or otherwise incorporate the authorization into, the authorized organization's city bingo license. In the event the authorized organization does not wish to or is otherwise unable to conduct bingo games pursuant to Chapter 5A, the community development director may issue a conditional bingo license and remote caller bingo authorization that only permits the authorized organization to conduct remote caller bingo games.

(b) The community development director shall not issue a remote caller authorization to any applicant if it appears from the application that the conduct of such games would be in violation of any of the terms, conditions and requirements of this chapter or applicable state law.
